Christine A. Dixon, Esq. (Founder and Principal Attorney)
Ms. Dixon has detailed knowledge and broad-experience in complex civil, criminal, and administrative litigation. She has led and handled a wide variety of legal matters. Her areas of expertise includes: Complex Civil and Administrative Litigation; International Trade, Customs, Immigration and Agricultural laws; Labor and Employment Law; and Business and Entertainment law. She completed training early in 2014 as a Mediatior. Ms. Dixon currently co-hosts a radio show on Radio One, WLOB 1010AM, Team Radio Baltimore, on the first Friday of each month focused on community involvement and empowernment.

Complex Civil and Administrative Litigation
Christine is a skilled litigator with an unblemished litigation/case outcome record. While in federal practice she successfully defended the U.S. Customs and Border Protection in civil cases, administrative hearings, and arbitration matters. Christine has won multiple cases on Summary Judgment and Motions to Dismiss, and secured favorable settlements for her clients. Christine has extensive experience providing legal advice, counseling and working with domestic and foreign corporate clients to develop clear litigation strategies in multi-million dollar civil cases. International Trade, Customs, Immigration and Agriculture Law Christine is adept in International trade, customs, immigration and agriculture law. Christine has provided legal advice on admissibility under the Immigration and Nationality Act, 4th Amendment search and seizure issues, duties and penalties, fraud investigations, broker penalties, trade and agricultural issues. A distinctive advantage is that Christine began her career at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, formerly, the U.S. Customs Service, where she developed expertise and proven knowledge on import and export control laws and regulations, Tariff Act, and Customs Modernization Act.
Labor and Employment Law Christine served as counsel on EEO, Merit Systems Protection Board and discrimination complaints for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. She conducted difficult investigations utilizing honed civil and criminal legal investigative techniques to effectively investigate and interpret facts and legal situations for EEO and discrimination complaints. In addition, Christine has written, coordinated, and delivered yearly training on EEO, ethical issues, document retention and electronic discovery.
Business and Entertainment Law Christine has considerable expertise forming corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures. She is an expert in preparing Articles of Incorporation, Minutes, and By Laws, organizing limited liability companies, preparing general partnership agreements and limited partnership agreements, and creating joint ventures. Christine has represented clients in contract disputes, contract negotiations, and entertainment licensing agreements.
